Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return window for most gear and accessories, provided items are in their original, unopened packaging. We strive to ensure your audio setup meets your exact standards with a straightforward and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals and cables, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
