What is your return policy for turntables and electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Electronics must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that opened phono cartridges and stylus needles are non-returnable.
How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated mailers designed specifically for vinyl to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition without corner dings or seam splits.
