Record Store Day Exclusive! Tracey Thorn's soundtrack for Carol Morley's The Falling will surely please fans of early Everything But The Girl. The songs match the atmospheric feel of the film perfectly. It's haunting film about a mysterious outbreak of mass hysterical fainting at a girls' school in the 1960s, and Thorn adds the perfect Nick Drake-like vibes. The EP is made up of eight songs and sketches by Thorn, which were recorded after she consulted Morley. They are particularly inspired by a scene in the film where the girls jam in the music room. Limited edition 10" vinyl pressing.
