IAC002 features five tracks from five promising young producers honoring the sound of the Fender Rhodes electric piano (drawn on the B-side label) in an array of musical styles. "Life Is Rhythm" by Tell is a dubby slice of laid-back garage; "Amako" by GS2 is a dusty disco edit; Malouane's "6676746" is a slow-burning breakbeat house jam laced with elements of jungle and rave. Manuel Nie's "Brasilholzschlaeger" and Ibn Sabaa's "Stupid Loop" edge closer to blunted hip-hop but don't stray too far from the house.
