Chrome Sparks: Parallelism Vinyl 12"

Chrome Sparks: Parallelism Vinyl 12"

Brooklyn's Techno wunderkind returns! Chrome Sparks brings three major tech cuts on his latest, Parallelism. Opening up with Moonraker, the stuttering breakbeatish tune reminds me of Jimmy Edgar's mid 00's releases. With impeccable drum programming and synth work, the tune builds from the smallest glimmer of sound to total enrapture levels. 'Give It Up' sounds like something you would hear on Mr Wizard back in the day. One of those joints that sounds like you should be living in a montage of close up scientific cut scenes when you're racing to find the cure, epic and filled with hope the whole time. 'Ride The White Lightning' is the most straight forward "let's get lost in this ish" tunes on the EP that holds your hand and never lets you go. Solid all the way through. Three cuts that are useful for different settings but don't feel scared to play them all in your headlining set at the local Techno hangout.
